Denny`s in Augusta

Server was very friendly, cook messed up order twice but I felt so bad for the server I didn't complain again. Love Dennys and have been a regular for years with my daughter. Wish the kitchen staff would care more.

Food was fine however our waitress would not leave us alone and kept speaking to me like I was the only person able to speak. Based apparently on my husband asking if I was ready to order when she came to the table from there on she spoke only to me not to my husband at all. This is a problem. so no eating in peace for me until we needed the check she then disappeared for about 15 minutes and we had to request the check from a separate waitress so we could leave. No explanation or apologies. I doubt that I will willingly go back to this location. This has happened several times now and I'm offended enough to type this review. Again food was fine service was overboard by a lot. Quite unimpressed

The work staff had a waitress call in but these girls that were on stepped up to the plate in a positive manner never skipping a beat and did an amazing job. The cook seemed new but rocked the kitchen. Great Denny experience.

It's a nice place to eat and they have an array of foods and staff is prompt and kind.

Way too salty. How about letting customers use there own salt shakers???

Friendly, warm (important on a winters night) and good food, delivered to the table in a timely manner.

Denny's was absolutely amazing. We had a very happy and superb bubbly waiter. The food was amazing and very filling. Will definitely return again.

The cheddar burger with onions that I had was the best burgers I've had in a long time! Our server was attentive and got everything right, even though we were a large party that ordered everything from pancakes to nachos.

First time going to Dennys food was very plain,guess thsts what you expect at a place like this. Service was okay although cashing out seemed very painful as the POS system seemed to be struggling.

Server are always helpful and nice, I Love the food especially the pancakes.

Terrible place. Called and made reservations today. Lady said she would call when table was ready due to COVID 19. Waited in parking lot with two inpatient hungry kids for over 30 min while people were being brought in at the door. Called back and lady was extremely rude and told us we had to wait by door to be called. When we tried to explain what we were told on the phone earlier she continued to be rude to us. I would not recommend this place. I have never eaten here and never will. Very disappointed

Our waitress was the best- pleasant and efficient. She kept our coffee cups full. The food was excellent.

Awesome since they closed in NJ we have missed them

Great service as soon as I walked in. My coffee was served immediately. The food service was fast. The wait staff was fast and always there. Yes...I will go to Denny's again and again...

Food was good. Not worth the price though. I pay less going to red robin now and get more and better food. Still like denny's. Just cant see spending the same amount of money for a built hamburger as a BLT or club sandwich..60 dollars for 2 adults and a kid..

Manager had an ATTITUDE and it was a terrible experience. My sister and I won't be back for a very long time. ☹

Waitress was very helpful with the new menu items. Even the Dieter had a great veggie egg option. Liked the new green smoothie.

Best meal I have ever had at Deny's! The person I was with also thought the same thing. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh and delish! Great service as well

I love the food it is very good and the service is great. The waitress that was in the cat costume has to be my favorite! She is so spunky, chatty and has a wonderful personality.

Went for my birthday grand slam breakfast. Yummy. Tried the new 9 grain pancakes. They were DELICIOUS 😋

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Today is my second time I have come here with my family. We get seated, they take our drink order, and then we seat there for 15+ minutes waiting for someone to take our order and everyone who comes in after us gets their orders taken and we are still waiting for them to come to us. This is the second time I have had to walk out of here without even ordering. Seriously the worst customer service I have received from any restaurant.

Stopped today with sisters. Staff was friendly, waitress was "on the ball". Food was excellent! I asked for a bit of cheese in my scrambled eggs and all was perfect. I would eat here again.

The service was slow and took forever to be seated. Then when our order got to the table there were issues ordered 2 chocolate chip pancakes and only one had chips my daughters over medium eggs the whites were still runny and my sons chicken fingers arrived a solid 5 min after everyone else's food and were hard as a rock. They did take his meal off and removed the chocolate chip charge. Also the men's room was disgusting. We will not return and intend on letting friends and family know they should follow suit

Our first time at a Denny's was excellent. Breakfast was really good. You get a lot of food for the price. Server was busy, but very friendly and brought back anything we asked for.

Denny's in Augusta is one of our favorite places to eat and is something we look forward too every year when we go back to school shopping. I love the multiple choices on the children's menu my son is very fussy and likes odd choices, and for instance today he had eggs, bacon and broccoli. With the whole COVID-19 experience going on it was nice to have something normal.

Denny's is exactly what you expect, to almost an eerie degree. The food? Passable. The service? Serviceable. The price? Reasonable. Perfect place to eat if there aren't any options, and you want something really filling.

We always got substitute for meet but no more. So we went to IHOP no problem got our hash browns and all the pancake. for Danny's to lose a customer for that! are hash browns more expensive then bacon and sausage??

In a statement, Pisspoor service!! Set waiting to order while other staff were standing out by cash register.There were others that arrived after us that got food and drinks before our order was taken. I do not recommend this place!!

Food was nowhere near as good as it usually is. My wife sent her meal back three times. They still didn't get it right. They're training a new cook.

Good food. Boyfriend works there and I got friends that work there 2. Love going when my boyfriend is there at night.

Very good service. The food was tasty. I had the Santa Fe Skillet it was really good.

Excellent security measures in place. Clean. Waitresses were polite and prompt. Food was GREAT and flavorful. I will eat there again soon. Thank you for your service.

Honestly as an adult I would never go here. Heavy, salty, bland. But the 5-year old LOVED it, so in honor of the birthday pancake stack, it gets a 🌟.

The food was awful. We ordered a veggie omelet and there was hardly any cheese in it , some of the veggies was rotted, the toast was so burnt that we couldn't eat it the whole meal wasn't very hot at all. The silverware was very dirty and disgusting. Not a very clean restaurant at all. If I could a picture of everything I would to show how gross everything was.

Kind of a greasy spoon. You may want to avoid if your system is sensitive to stuff like that. (Then again, getting the chorizo burrito was probably just asking for it.) Service was friendly, but they were short-handed, so a little on the slow side.
